Today was a wash.

We spent time talking about grants, which is important. We spent time sharing resources about puppets and artists, which is important.

But my mind has been RACING for days now since I thought of making a stop motion video. I've been scouring resources, watching tutorials, writing a script and drawing a storyboard.

I made the plan to have the "present day" show the puppet and a set, while flashbacks will be with paper stop motion.

Today, I sculpted the head and body, and in my haste right before having to leave to attend something at work, the head snapped off.

I have to pivot tomorrow.
